Our mission at Build Healthy Kids is to provide
families an easy way to understand, organize and improve their child's
diet and activity levels so that you can all live healthier every
day.
Involve
Your Kids We
are bringing up a generation of children that have very little
knowledge about food; where it comes from, how to prepare
it, what to eat and how much. Getting your children involved
in the kitchen is not only a way to reconnect with them, but
also to show them good eating habits. Also, when kids prepare
something to eat for themselves, they are more likely to eat
it.
