Fruits a Day Limiting
juice and providing your children with at least two whole
fruit a day will provide the necessary fiber and complete
set of nutrients not found in juice. The fiber fills them
up so they are less likely to over eat whole fruit as opposed
to drinking too much juice. Your child will get many benefits
from eating fruit as diets rich in fruits and vegetables has
been shown to prevent heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
